Preparing for your first class
We’re excited to have you join our gym! For your first class, you only need to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. Wear athletic clothes that fit close to the body and remove any jewelry or piercings. Good hygiene is extremely important! Please wear deodorant, brush your teeth, and clip your nails before class, your teammates appreciate it.

Gear requirements
Once you’re ready to sign up, you will need a Gi. We can get you a good deal on training gear through our partnership with Elite.
